  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, providing clear and professional responses.
  • Assist customers with issues related to EV charging and the new billing system, escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • Provide guidance on the use of charging stations and billing processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to support continuous service improvement.
  • Work with internal teams to resolve operational or technical issues affecting customers.
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service experience, ideally in technology or energy-related fields.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese for effective phone and email interactions.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a small, fast-paced team environment.
  • Quick adaptability to new systems, including the company’s updated billing platform.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in addressing customer needs.
