- Work with internal teams to resolve operational or technical issues affecting customers.
- Previous customer service experience, ideally in technology or energy-related fields.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese for effective phone and email interactions.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a small, fast-paced team environment.
- Quick adaptability to new systems, including the company’s updated billing platform.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in addressing customer needs.
