GOLF COACH 高爾夫球教練

- Coordinate, design, and implement training programmes for elite athletes in Hong Kong;
- Fully utilize and integrate scientific, medical and other athlete support services into the elite training programme to enhance elite training outcomes;
- Monitor athlete performance through comprehensive, multi-method assessment and regular evaluation;
- Provide timely and critically analyzed progress reports to the HKSI and Golf Association of Hong Kong, China;
- Be responsible for administrative matters related to local and overseas squad training and competitions;
- Supervise Assistant Coaches and part-time coaches;
- Assist the HKSI and Golf Association of Hong Kong, China with coach education programmes; and
- Perform any other appropriate duties as assigned by supervisor.
- A University degree or its equivalent;
- A valid Golf coaching certificate issued by the relevant governing body;
- A minimum of 5 years professional coaching experience and proven record of achievement in coaching Golf athletes at world level;
- International experience and background as a Golfer is an advantage;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- High level of computer literacy; and
- Awareness / knowledge of Child Protection in sport and equal opportunity issues in the context of Hong Kong are an added advantage.
- 負責籌劃、設計和執行香港高爾夫球精英運動員訓練計劃；
- 在進行精英訓練計劃時，善用所有運動科學、醫療及其他為運動員而設的支援服務，以加強訓練成果；
- 透過全面性、多方位和定期評估，以監察運動員的表現；
- 提交適時及具分析性的進度報告予體院及中國香港高爾夫球協會；
- 負責運動員於本地及海外訓練及比賽的行政工作；
- 督導助理教練及兼職教練的工作；及
- 協助體院及中國香港高爾夫球協會的教練培訓工作；及
- 履行由上司所指派的任何適當工作。
- 大學學位或同等學歷；
- 持有由相關高爾夫球管理機構頒發的教練証書資歷；
- 具備最少五年專業教練經驗，及曾帶領高爾夫球運動員在國家級或同等水平賽事中獲得優異成績；
- 作為高爾夫球手的國際經驗和背景為優勢；
- 具備良好溝通能力及人際關係；
- 熟悉電腦操作；及
- 認識香港保護兒童及平等機會政策為佳。
