This role will oversee our IT and Impact Measurement Functions, driving technology initiatives that support organizational growth, operational efficiency and data-driven impact tracking.At MC, we harness technology and data to strengthen our services and deepen our impact on children, youth and families. You will work alongside passionate professionals, lead meaningful projects and help shape the future of our organization.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership
  • Develop and implement a technology and data strategy aligned with organizational goals and growth plans.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives to improve service delivery, operational efficiency and impact measurement.
  • Champion the use of data to measure and communicate impact across programs and services.
Change Management & Adoption
  • Lead organisation-wide change management for IT and data initiatives, ensuring high adoption and sustained use of tools and processes.
  • Build strong partnerships with program and operations leaders to drive behavioural change and embed data-informed practices.
  • Act as a senior influencer and coach — use stakeholder engagement, training strategies, communication and business analysis to remove barriers to adoption.
Technology Oversight & Vendor Management
  • Oversee IT infrastructure, systems and security to ensure reliability, scalability and compliance.
  • Manage vendors, consultants and service providers to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
  • Ensure robust data governance, cybersecurity and privacy practices.
Data Management & Impact Measurement
  • Oversee data collection, analysis and reporting to measure and communicate MC impact.
  • Collaborate with program teams to derive actionable insights for program improvement.
  • Promote best practices in data quality and stewardship across the organization.
Team Leadership & Cross Functional Collaboration
  • Lead, mentor and grow a small multidisciplinary team fostering a collaborative, user-focused and continuous improvement culture.
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments to identify technology and data needs.
RequirementsExperience & Knowledge
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information System, Data Management or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience, with a minimum of 5 of those years spent in a management position in technology, impact measurement or digital transformation.
  • Proven track record in strategic IT planning, system implementation and vendor management.
  • Knowledge of data security, cloud solutions and impact measurement tools.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (preferred but not mandatory)
Technical Environment
  • MC is a Salesforce heavy environment: our core case and service management, many program workflows and integrations are built on Salesforce. Candidates with Salesforce experience (architect, admin, or implementation background) are highly encouraged to apply — however strong leaders with analogous CRM/platform experience and proven ability to learn/platform own will also be considered.
