- Provide support in daily operations of the customer service counter and deliver quality services to residents/visitors
- Handle customers’ enquiries and complaints through phone, email, etc.
- Provide secretarial support to the team including preparation of notice, department related correspondences, etc.
- Coordinate and supervise estate events and work projects
- Assist in ad hoc tasks as required
- 4.5 work days per week on roster basis, working hours from 0800 to 2000
- Bachelor degree in Property / Estate Management, Hospitality Management or related disciplines
- At least 4 years relevant experience in property management or customer service field
- Cheerful, service-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong in drafting and summarising written content (in Chinese and English)
- Good commend in written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
- Proficient in PC skills in MS Office applications
- Need to work as scheduled in the event of inclement weather such as during typhoon and black rainstorm
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Customer Service Officer
