- Ensure an excellent visitor experience by providing positive interactions between WWF and visitors, including meeting and greeting them, proactively assisting and responding to their inquiries.
- Assist in managing visitor bookings and events operations, including pre- and post-tour
- Assist in venue set-up and preparation of materials for eco-tours, events and
- Provide retail services at the Panda Shop, including operating the cashier, POS system, and inventory systems.
- Provide catering services to Kingfisher Café, including support for wetland training courses, school and public tours, overnight programs and walk-in guests.
- Handle various administrative tasks of the Visitor Centres as
- manage visitor inquiries regarding Mai Po entry permit applications and assist with on-site permit registration with official authorities.
- Assist with shuttle bus arrangements, including visitor pick-up and registration at Yuen Long MTR Station.
- Maintain eco-visit equipment in clean and good

- Possess tertiary education in any discipline; fresh graduates and students are welcome to apply.
- A minimum of 2 years of work experience in retail, customer service, and/or event operations is preferred.
- Responsible, proactive, and customer-oriented, with a pleasant, outgoing, and approachable personality.
- Excellent interpersonal communication, organizational, and customer service skills are required.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism in handling inventory and POS information.
- Good command of both Chinese and English.
- Willingness to perform duties in an outdoor environment.
- Shift work arrangement, the candidate should be willing to work during weekends and public holidays.
- Working hours are from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, with night shifts required during the summer season from 12:30 pm to 9:30 pm.
- The candidate should be willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Candidates who can commit to working at least 3 days per month are preferred.
