- Provide technical support and system administration, including incident addressing, troubleshooting, system testing, and monitoring
- Maintain equipment such as network traffic management devices, network firewalls, Internet proxy servers, routers, network switches, load balancers and global server load balancing
- Conduct market research and evaluate technical solutions for enhancement project
- Required to work in non-office hours occasionally during system maintenance, system enhancements and fire-fighting incidents
- Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 4 years of working experience in IT industry
- Hands-on experience in management, configuration and troubleshooting of network and server system in Internet access related environment, especially on Internet proxy servers, Internet security appliances, network devices, load balancers, global server load balancing, DNS resolver and Linux system administration
- Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
