- To provide technical support for the daily operation and assist in the service administration including incident and problem handling, system resilience tests, performance monitoring and system management on network traffic management devices, network firewalls, Internet proxy servers, routers, network switches, load balancers and global server load balancing
- To perform system enhancements, apply system patches and fixes, trouble-shoot network or system problems and monitor the performance and healthiness of the service in order to maintain high service availability
- To conduct market research and evaluate technical solutions for long-term provision, conduct proof-of-concept testing and then implement the selected solutions
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related subjects
- At least 4 years' experience in IT industry
- Solid experience on management, configuration and troubleshooting of network and server system in Internet access related environment, especially on Internet proxy servers, Internet security appliances, network devices, load balancers, global server load balancing, DNS resolver and Linux system administration.
