值班碼頭運作主任 SHIFT OPERATIONS OFFICER

• Supervise all marine traffic activities and liaise with shipping agents, travel agents and government departments.
• Ensure smooth terminal operations and monitor the performance of operational and contractor staff, including security guards and cleaners.
• Conduct timely inspections of terminal equipment and property, arranging necessary repairs and maintenance.
• Shift duties are required.

• Secondary education or above, with at least 3 years of working experience in shipping, terminal, port, or cargo operations management, or as a ship’s agent.
• Candidates with a Higher Diploma or above qualification will also be considered if they have less than 3 years of relevant experience.
• Sound computer skills and knowledge in Microsoft Office.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

• 監督碼頭船務活動，並與船務代理、旅行社及政府部門聯絡和協調。
• 確保碼頭運作順暢，並監督承辦商人員的表現，包括保安和清潔。
• 及時檢查碼頭設備，安排維修和保養。
• 需要輪班工作。

• 中學教育或以上，且具備至少三年的船運、碼頭、港口、貨物操作管理或船務代理經驗。
• 持有高級文憑或以上學歷者，較少相關工作經驗亦會被考慮。
• 熟悉電腦技能，了解 Microsoft Office。
• 良好的英語和中文書寫及口語能力。
