- Collaborate with the sales team to deliver product demonstrations and address technical questions during the sales process.
- Build strong relationships with potential clients to ensure a deep understanding of the product and its capabilities.
- Provide ongoing support to customers across the region, including troubleshooting, training, and guidance on proper product use to ensure satisfaction and successful product adoption.
- Work closely with product and development teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to continuous product improvement.
- Provide support to local customers.

- At least 5 years of experience as a Pre-Sales or Solution Engineer, plus experience in customer success.
- Experience working with APIs and system integrations.
- Experience working with clients in international markets, preferably within Asia.
- Experience working with global teams in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with blockchain technology or financial markets experience is an advantage.
- Fluency in English is required; additional Asian languages (e.g., Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean, Japanese) are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
- Hands-on experience with Linux environments is an advantage.
