- Providing pre-sales consultancy support in ICT & Telecom solution design by working closely with internal departments and external partners.
- Work as Tier-2 specialist and major include co-ordinate and supporting functions for technical clarifications, vendor partnership, BoM and quotation generation and order confirmation to Commercial and Government user.
- Work closely with Account Management, Engineering, and Product teams that following to the company guideline and procedure
- Support the team to prepare sales proposal / tender response
- Diploma or Associated Degree holder in Computer/Electronic Engineering, IT related disciplines
- 1 – 3 year relevant experience is preferable
- Knowledge on PC, Server, accessories, MS-Windows platforms
- Preferred to recognized certificates holders (e.g. MCP, MCSE, CCDA etc.)
- Self-motivated and willing to learn about new technologies
- Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English.
