- Develop and implement the company's eCommerce strategy across Southeast Asia through DTC ecommerce and third party marketplaces.
- Drive sales performance and strengthen brand visibility in regional markets.
- Lead the eCommerce team across marketing, operations, and customer service.
- Establish efficient workflows and enhance overall team productivity.
- Analyze Southeast Asian market trends, user behavior, and competitive landscape.
- Formulate targeted strategies for product listings, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Optimize store performance metrics (e.g., conversion rate, repeat purchase rate) and maximize platform resource utilization.
- Work closely with product, supply chain, and marketing teams.
- Drive online-offline integration and support global business growth.
- Over 10 years of experience in the eCommerce industry, with strong Southeast Asia experience
- Candidates from sports, fashion and lifestyle industry will be highly preferred.
- Proven leadership at director level, having managed large teams and delivered high revenue results.
- Deep understanding of e-platforms and operational strategy, with a track record of building best-selling products, driving traffic, and incubating new brands.
- Fluent in English is a must, while other Chinese languages is preferable.
- Strong strategic thinking, data analysis capabilities, and cross-cultural communication skills.
