- Drive the development of new banking proposition for e-Commerce clients including lending, cash management and FX solutions
- Onboard and manage e-Commerce ecosystem partners including marketplace, payment companies and logistics companies; and develop tailor-made banking proposition to drive client referrals from partners
- Develop new products and credit governance model catering to the different client needs of Small Business and Medium Enterprise segments.
- Develop supply chain solution proposition and drive partnership with anchors from CIB and big conglomerates in HK for SME to finance the SME suppliers.
- Collaborate with SME Banking China / Greater Bay Area team to drive cross-border collaboration.
Develop partnerships and e-Commerce proposition in SME Banking that meets the needs of HK and Greater Bay Area e-commerce clients in Small Business and Medium Enterprise segments including cash management, lending and wealth management solutions, thereby achieving a multiple-product relationship towards this client segment.Business
Optimize SME Banking e-Commerce portfolio return and revenue through improving customer targeting, partnership strategy, setting pricing strategy and product enhancements. - University graduate with over 10 years of proven banking and e-Commerce experience and exposure in SME Banking, Sales, Credit, Product Management. Preferably with both lending and cash management experience to design total solution.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills and the ability to effectively work with multiple business partners
- Knowledge of the changing regulatory environment in the e-Commerce sector and financial services sector
- Highly motivated and proven record of delivery within challenging time scale
- Demonstrate ability to drive projects and implement changes
- Proven problem solving skills with the ability to consider alternative and innovative solutions
