- Develop and maintain the project management governance and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness and ensure alignment with the strategic objectives of the IT Department
- Optimise the strategic planning of IT financial management and processes: budget management, cost optimisation, and investment in technologies
- Ensure resource availability and allocation, manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs efficiently
- Measure project performance to monitor the progress of the project, identify and quantify variance, and perform required corrective actions
- Generate and deliver comprehensive project reports and presentations to senior management detailing project status, risks, issues, and proposed solutions.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties and vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Support the review of IT procurement and contract management as well as vendor management to determine areas for optimisation, propose and develop solutions for process improvement and streamlining
- Manage the risk tracking process and work with other managers to proactively address potential issues in a timely manner.
- Provide decision support and recommendations to senior management through insights and analysis from project data
- Facilitate the sharing of best practices across project teams and ensure all project documentation is appropriately archived following project completion
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management roles with at least 4 years in a PMO leadership position
- Proven track record in project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2 certification is preferred)
- Experience in process improvement initiatives and change management planning and execution
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and key financial metrics for IT Projects
- Excellent command of both English and Chinese a MUST
