- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, end-to-end processes, and integration solutions, leveraging business analysis techniques such as requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis
- Investigate and troubleshoot complex integration and configuration issues in Maximo or similar large-scale systems, identifying root causes, proposing innovative solutions, and ensuring seamless system performance
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including 3rd party vendors, to understand functional and technical issues, drive efficient resolution, and provide quality assurance on deliverables
- Analyze end-to-end business processes and system workflows, identify opportunities for optimization, and collaborate with SMEs to recommend and implement configuration changes in large-scale enterprise systems
- Report progress on technical resolutions, project milestones, and business impacts to senior management and stakeholders
- Advise on best practices for Maximo implementation, including customization, workflow automation, and integration strategies, while performing hands-on system configuration as needed
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- A minimum of 6 years’ relevant practical experience in large-scale enterprise systems implementation and integration projects, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role
- At least 4 years of experience in enterprise systems integration within relevant business domains, including asset management, financial accounting, project management, or engineering; proven business analysis (BA) expertise in requirements elicitation, process modeling (e.g., BPMN, UML), stakeholder management, and process improvement
- Strong preference for expertise in supporting configuration of other large-scale enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle ERP, Infor, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to review, validate, and troubleshoot business and technical requirements, offering practical recommendations and innovative solutions
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
