Q.A. Engineer/ Specialist (Work-life Harmony/ Up to $35K / 14 months salary)

- Ensure all products are conducted in line with the company’s quality policies as well as comply with local and global regulations
- Skills in assessing, evaluating and ensuring product compliance.
- Manage and follow up on quality reports, coordinate inspections, bookings, testing preparation, quotation, and invoice follow-up
- Ensure completeness of technical files before shipment
- Collaborate with suppliers, labs, and departments to support product safety and reliability.
- Review and complete essential documents like test reports, MSDS, SDS, etc., to maintain Toy Safety Directive Technical files.
- Provide a full range of engineering on products: Product Safety Assessment and consultation, technical documents development, internal lab test conduction & data analysis, external lab test coordination & verification, design recommendations for product modifications, final product inspection review
- Coordinate, manage and conduct multiple projects within a tight deadline
- Perform and implement factory evaluation, review CAPs and provide recommendations for improvements to suppliers
- Liaise with the vendor for the customer-compliant investigation and follow-up
- Stay up to date with the latest technology & requirements, and standards
- Deliver on time all assigned tasks to achieve the team's goals
- Qualifications in Quality Management/ Engineering/ Chemistry or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance and safety compliance in kids' cosmetics / soft and hard toys/houseware, furniture, etc
- Familiar with EU toy standards.
- Strong problem-solving & communication skills.
- Willing to take on new challenges and new product categories.
- Proficient in English & Mandarin.
- Willing to travel occasionally
