- To liaise with client/designer/factory
- To handle costing, quotation, billing and monitor progress of millwork / furniture project for luxury retail shops
- To be in-charge of fitting-out / millwork projects on site independently
- Degree or above in any discipline
- Minimum of 6 years experience in fitting-out project management (retail and bespoke furniture projects)
- Sound knowledge of international standards of product specifications for furniture industry, quality, environment, health and safety is an advantage
- Have ability to tackle problems on drawing & furniture fitting
- Have sound sourcing knowledge and contacts for lighting, wood products, painting, hardware & fitting-out materials and familiar with its costing
- Have knowledge and can work independently on checking with shop drawing for factory production
- Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua
- Competent use of computer software
- Immediate available is highly preferred
