With global offices in Hong Kong, Macau, Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Dongguan (Factory), Sydney, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok and Ho Chi Minh City, we are looking for high calibre candidates to join our HK team located in Kowloon Bay.Responsibilities:To monitor and control site progressTo ensure all construction activities comply with contractual and statutory requirementTo monitor overall financial, commercial, contractual and technical matters for current projects.To control and supervise overall site activities and liaise with client's representatives and subcontractorsTo gather and analyse data relating to work progress, adequacy and effectivenessRequirements:Diploma or above in interior design / building studies / architecture or equivalentAt least 8 years solid experience in FITTING-OUT projectsAt least 4 years experience in managerial levelStrong technical background and site management experienceGood communication and sound relationship with cooperation parties including clients and subcontractorsConversant with interior fit-out nature, A&A work and contractual documentsStrong in leadership/management and can work under pressureGood computer literacy, especially in MS Word, MS Excel and MS ProjectGood command in written and spoken in English & ChineseThose with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project ManagerWe offer competitive remuneration package (14 days Annual Leave, Double Pay, Discretionary Bonus, Group Medical Insurance, Bank Holidays, Education Assistance) to the right candidate.
