Based at our headquarters,as a key member in the team, you will be responsible for driving groupwide strategic Food & Beverage initiatives, with the primary goal of elevating our culinary offerings, enhancing operational efficiencies, and ensuring that we remain at the forefront of the industry.
Lead groupwide strategic Food & Beverage projects and initiatives end to end to ensure results are delivered
Projects and Initiatives include, but not limited to:
Lead commercial analysis to ensure return on asset for F&B outlets meet the Group's expectations
Monitor evolving food trends, dietary shifts, sustainability practices, and regional preferences to ensure Shangri-La remains at the forefront of culinary innovation.
Identify, mentor, and develop top culinary talents across the Group; promote cross-property knowledge sharing, mobility programs, and leadership development.
Build and maintain a strong external network of industry experts, chefs, and partners to enhance the Shangri-la's culinary influence and brand credibility.
What we're looking for
Commercial savvy and solid experience in managing a portfolio of restaurants with P&L responsibilities, ideally covering different cuisines and across different countries and regions
Proven track records of turning around under-performing outlets into highly successful ones in terms of financial performance and return on asset
Strong understanding of the fast-changing market and consumer preferences, and proven experience in adapting concepts, menu, etc according to their needs
Strong and proven project management skills to drive end to end strategic projects
Strong external F&B industry network and connections
Prior culinary experience and/or hotel working experiences preferred
F&B or culinary degree or relevant certification preferred
Creative, forward-thinking, and passionate about pushing culinary boundaries
Excellent organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment while managing multiple priorities.
