Job Functions: Bank Operations, Legal, Quality AssuranceResponsibilities:
- Implements HR strategies according to the Group strategies and policies
- Provide professional advice and services to senior management for implementing HR strategies and policies to achieve talent attraction, retention and development.
- Responsible for developing and executing strategic plans, manage and execute full spectrum of HR functions including staff development, training, budgeting, manpower planning, performance management, corporate culture, etc.
- Formulation and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Align with the Bank's policies on regional operations, to perform effective line and regional management
- Responsible for drafting and preparing regular and ac hoc reports for progress tracking and management review
- Ensure HR compliance requirements are strictly met through conducting thorough due-diligence activities
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team
- Degree or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- 2 years’ experience in project management and 5 years’ in human resources from banking industry is preferred
- Strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills
- Good command of spoken and written in Chinese and English. Fluency in Putonghua is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
