- Act as a finance BP to comment on, challenge, and explain financial performance
- Oversee the financial objective through P&L by analysing financial impacts of budget/ forecast deviations, and maintaining the independent view of Finance in business decisions
- Prepare timely financial and management reports to HQ and management
- Provide operational support and advice on proper policy and procedure, compliance and financial impact to assigned retail and wholesale operations
- Take part in the Finance transformation projects & process automation by coordinating with Regional Finance and IT to develop regular financial management reports and business analysis for management
- Occasionally travel to China for business trips
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting,or related field; CPA required
- Proven FP & A experience within the manufacturing sectors
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, costing, financial planning, and budgeting processes
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent analytically, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Strong leadership and communication skills to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance, tax laws, and internal controls
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Occasionally travel to China for business trips
