Develop and monitor sales & distribution channels for marketIndustryand Market Analysis: Continuously track the dynamics of pension funds (including Mandatory Provident Fund) and the financial industry, as well as the strategies of competing products. Conduct market research and data analysis to identify potential business opportunities, risk and orientation for differentiation developmentStrategic implementation promotion: Break down strategic goals into specific business measures, coordinate cross-departmental resources (such as Operation, Business Development,Risk &Compliance, etc.) to promote implementation, regularly track the progress of execution and optimize and adjust strategiesBusiness Cooperation Expansion: Explore strategic cooperation models with financial institutions, enterprise customers, etc., participate in the negotiation and scheme design of important cooperation projects, and promote the construction of the business ecosystemPolicy and Compliance Alignment: Closely monitor changes in the regulations and regulatory requirements of the Mandatory Provident Fund in Hong Kong, ensure that business development strategies and measures comply with compliance standards, and balance innovation with risk controlStrategic Report Writing: Responsible for the composition of various analytical reports, business planning schemes, executive presentation and report, etc., ensuring that the content is logically clear, supported by sufficient data, and expressed precisely and professionallyTeam and resource coordination: Guide team members in conducting strategic research work, maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, convey strategic intentions, and collect feedback to refine strategic planningRequirementsUniversity degree or above, majoring in finance, law or related fields.Minimum 5 years related working experience, experience working in large organizations or government agencies is an advantageHong Kong local securities asset management qualification is preferredResult oriented with emphasis on customer and qualityStrong interpersonal and communication skillsSignificant level of risk, sales quality, and compliance awarenessFluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and EnglishCandidates with less experience will be considered as Manager
