Responsibilities:
  • Implementing operational policies & procedures, preparation works & staff arrangement for ice shows, competition, and rink rental
  • Organising skate shop promotional activities, conducting internal auditing activities for income and inventory management control
  • Handling customer enquiries and complaints, and ensure the safety, cleanliness and quality of ice rink
  • Handling staff recruitment & supervision, conducting performance review and implementation of in-house training programmes, as well as preparing duty roster, job allocation and staff payroll
  • Managing skating school related operations and activities, such as coach and frontline staff supervision, system enhancement, handling recreational sport, ice hockey, curling & arranging core programme
