- Provide technical support to system enhancement project of IT systems on hybrid cloud platforms
- Collaborate with contractors on system design, development, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Provide 24 x 7 on call support to system operations and handle incidents and technical issues
- Undertake any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
- Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 2 years of working experience in infrastructure support and application development
- Hands-on experience in implementation and maintenance for systems running on cloud platform
- Solid experience in implementing and maintaining for systems using load balancers, internet gateways, application proxy servers, domain name services, docker / container technologies, public key infrastructure, digital certificate related technologies and hardware security module (HSM)
- Work experience with/in the Government and Management and Support of Gov't Systems & Services
- Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
