Job Responsibilities
  • Assist the Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of the office areas.
  • Coordinate and monitor daily facilities management-related operations, such as repairs and maintenance, cleaning, and security services.
  • Conduct visual inspections to ensure all requirements are met.
  • Attend to repair and maintenance tasks within offices
  • Conduct routine inspections on the facility campus.
  • Monitor and manage the performance of outsourced services vendors and contractors.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Higher Diploma and above in Facility Management, Property Management or related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience in Facilities Management or Property Management. Experience with bank clients preferred.
  • Detailed-minded, independent with good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
