(Post Ref.: 25/191)Responsibilities
  • Provide support on room booking and hotline services, and monitor the performance and operation of the Room Booking System
  • Provide support on residential allocation and check-in/out matters
  • Monitor the performance of outsourced services contractors
  • Handle contractual and procurement matters
  • Supervise a team of frontline staff on a wide spectrum of auxiliary services, including mailing, and venue setup/resumption
  • Maintain filing systems, office databases and system management
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)
Requirements
  • A recognized Degree or equivalent qualifications in Property and Facility Management / Hotel Management / Language or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years' relevant experience in venue booking and auxiliary services
  • Work experience in universities / institutions will be an advantage
  • Strong planning, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • An excellent command of written and verbal English and Chinese, and proficiency in Putonghua being an advantage
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office software
  • Exposure in university booking system will be a strong advantage
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Facilities Management Officer
Salary and Fringe Benefits
