My client, a multinational company with HQ in Europe and business across the globe, is now looking for a Data Analytics Manager to join their internal Team.Job Resonsibility
Build dashboards and develop business insights, including management dashboards, regular commercial reports, operational reports and ad-hoc analysis
Analyze business data regularly to identify business opportunities and operational improvement opportunities
Develop critical metrics and dashboard to measure performance of merchandising campaigns, and derive actionable insights to fine tune strategies and planning
Provide support for regional data issues with close communication with the stakeholders, maintain best practices for Data Management and provide support where necessary for the data projects
Design and maintain data dictionary/catalogue documents. Identify and maintain data owners and stewards of the company's information assets
Collaborate with the Tech team in creating technology platforms across Data Lake / Data Visualization / Data Analytics Solutions
Job Requirements
Minimum 8 years in an analytics role in commercial sector with a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or other related disciplines
Experience to lead project/ team
Data and analytics experience, including data acquisition, management, modelling, visualization and storytelling.
Proficiency in Power BI, SQL and Python.
Project Management Experience - clarity of thought and ability to juggle multiple work streams and work cross functionally towards aligned goals
Ability to work independently and strategically, open to tackling new issues and sounding out new ideas
Proactive teammate who thrives in a cross-functional, cross-cultural, hybrid (face-to-face and remote) team environment
Globally-minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural background and in different time zones
Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
