Responsibilities:

To lead a team of engineering staff on project basis, prepare working plan, schedule and ensure the project assignments to be completed within timeline
Provide support to technical transfer design from sample development team to production team and help solving problem from time to time during transition
To provide guidance/ closely monitoring to team members and work with them according to the product specifications
Tackle problems encountered during production and provide modifications to improve productivity efficiency

Requirements:

Degree holder in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline
Minimum 3 years related experience from manufacturing areas with project management experience
Hands on experience on Leather products and Soft goods are preferable.
Good communication and leadership skill
Knowledge on PMP program
Proficiency in both written and spoken of English and Mandarin
Based in Dongguan plant with regular travel to Hong Kong office is required
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager
