Project Manager

• Manage, define, and implement innovative projects and the quality and progress of the projects to ensure on-time, effective project outcomes;

• Develop and communicate a comprehensive execution plan, ensuring clarity of responsibilities, deliverables, and timelines across teams and stakeholders.

• Build and lead a high-performance team. Plan optimal use of resources.

• Delivery quality outputs based on defined processes, review project

• Performance and take corrective actions when necessary; identify & mitigate risks before they seriously impact the project delivery.

• Establish effective communication channels between teams and clients to facilitate collaboration and transparency. Monitor service level, in terms of response time & problem recovery time to ensure that they agree service level is met

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, administration or equivalent, or substantial experience in Project Management

• At least 5-8 years of relevant experience in project management, selling experience, preferably in Business or IT-related fields

• Knowledge and experience in different development principles & architecture design.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail

• Be a team-player with a positive, proactive attitude to encourage and enthuse the project team.

• Strong in leadership/management and can work under pressure

• High proficiency in both spoken and written English
