- Work closely with our overseas design managers and designers in establishing the project schedule and milestones
- Lead and manage projects from Design Development phase through Construction Administration phase
- Lead and manage team of HK based designers and detailers
- Project coordination with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure all required information for project design and planning is obtained
- Monitor project budget, quality schedule and scope of work
- Update Principal on project status and identify/forecast any critical problems
- Contract management for identification of scope completion and identify add services as necessary
- High Diploma or Bachelor’s or degree in Architecture/Interior Architecture/Building Studies/Project Management or equivalent professional qualifications
- Minimum of 10 Years of project management experience preferably gained in office and retail projects
- Strong knowledge of construction details, materials, methods, standards and building codes
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
- Ability to consistently meet deadlines and deliver
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail is a must
- Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously to meet development deadlines.
- Strong problem solving and project management skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
- Leadership skills to motivate team
- Willing to travel to Mainland China and Overseas
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager
