They are now seeking a dynamic and strategic Store Manager to lead the team.Position Overview:As the Store Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service while driving sales performance. This role demands a strategic leader with strong business acumen, a passion for fine jewellery, and the ability to cultivate long-term client relationships in an exclusive retail environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Leadership: Lead and motivate the team to achieve and exceed sales targets through the development and execution of strategic sales plans.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze sales reports, market trends, and KPIs to identify opportunities and implement strategies for optimal store performance.
  • Team Development: Champion our company values while fostering a high-performance culture through recognition, coaching, and a positive work environment.
  • Client Experience: Ensure a personalized luxury shopping experience, coaching the team on clienteling and building lasting customer relationships.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily store operations, including visual merchandising, security, and compliance, to uphold brand standards.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock movement and manage replenishment to minimize loss and ensure timely stock availability.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years in a store leadership role, preferably in luxury retail.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven business acumen with analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive, self-initiated, and able to thrive under pressure.
  • Passionate about the jewellery industry, with in-depth knowledge of products and market trends.
  • Proficient in computer skills.
  • Fluent in spoken Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English.
