- Lead and inspire the store team to consistently exceed sales targets through effective planning and execution of strategic initiatives.
- Analyze business performance, market trends, and KPIs to identify growth opportunities and implement action plans to enhance store results.
- Foster a culture of excellence by promoting company values, recognizing achievements, and cultivating a motivated, high-performing team.
- Provide hands-on coaching and development on the shop floor, offering constructive feedback to elevate team performance and client engagement.
- Ensure the delivery of a personalized and memorable luxury shopping experience, aligned with our brand's service standards.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, actively engaging with them during store visits and events. Guide and support the team in clienteling practices.
- Resolve escalated client issues with professionalism, discretion, and a customer-first mindset.
- Oversee daily store operations including visual merchandising, security protocols, and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with the allocation team to ensure timely stock replenishment. Monitor inventory flow and recommend actions to optimize stock levels.
- Organize and manage stock counts to minimize shrinkage and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Maintain store presentation and facilities to reflect the brand's image and luxury positioning.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within luxury retail, preferably in jewellery.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive performance.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep passion for the jewellery industry, with solid product knowledge and awareness of market trends.
- Proficient in MS Office and retail systems.
- Fluent in spoken Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English.
