Care to be a part of this revolution?What you'll do:Drive the ideation, development, launching, and iteration of product features on web and app constantlyCollect and analyze feedback from stakeholders, users, and other related parties to identify needs and improve the product accordinglyWork closely with engineers, designers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality outputOwn the launched products and make sure their development and performance align with the business strategyStudies and analyzes market competitorsWhat you'll need:A champion of the team's key values - collaborative and open to feedback, experimentative and ready to fail, customer-focused, and always asking what is best for the customer.3+ years experience in web/app product management, experience in e-commerce/travel/insurance is preferredProactive, logical and detail-mindedExcellent cross-functional collaboration and time management skillsComfortable working with people from different cultural backgroundsExperience in executing a/b experiments or user research is a plusProficiency in English and Mandarin, Cantonese, and additional Asian language is a plus.Klook is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
