- Collaborate with business and brand teams to develop and execute product buying strategies aligned with Omni channel business goals and market trends
- Build and execute product roadmaps, pricing models, and go-to-market strategies with DTC and wholesale sales team
- Deliver sales enablement tools and training materials for all channels
- Analyze sales performance data to refine product buying and inventory management strategies
- Work with marketing to craft compelling product narratives and Omni Channel activations
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategy to maintain market leadership
- Keep abreast of the fashion trend, ever-changing market landscape and competitors’ update and make strategy adjustments.
- A passion for retail business
- Strong people and communication skills
- Strong business sense with analytical mind
- University graduate or above
- Minimum 5 years' of buying / category management experience, experience in DTC is a strong advantage
- Proficient in Excel
