  • Manage and optimize assigned FMCG categories to achieve sales and profitability targets
  • Create and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify and secure premium products from Mainland China
  • Perform thorough market analysis to stay informed about trends, competitor actions, and consumer preferences
  • Establish and nurture strategic relationships with suppliers, negotiating advantageous terms to ensure a dependable supply chain
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and logistics teams to synchronize promotional strategies and guarantee smooth product availability
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the buying team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
Who is Our Right Fit
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in FMCG buying or procurement
  • Familiarity with the Mainland Business market and products, with strong connections with mainland suppliers
  • Experience in e-Commerce / retail industry is an advantage
  • Proven success in negotiations and supplier management
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in market research and data analysis
  • Highly motivated, independent, results-driven, and possessing strong leadership abilities
  • Working location: Hong Kong/Shenzhen
