Job Description:The ESF Human Resources function is committed to pioneering and setting people best practices and trends in the areas of Talent Attraction, Employee Engagement, Data Analytics, Total Rewards, Artificial Intelligence and other unique HR projects. We have 22 schools in Hong Kong from Kindergartens to Secondary Schools. We hire well over 1000 teachers from across the globe and educate over 18,000 students from more than 60 nationalities. The Human Resources Department of the English Schools Foundation headquarters is looking for HR Assistants for summer internships spanning from June to August/September 2023.Job details as below:
  • Assist HR managers with Data Analytics and Total Rewards projects. A perfect role if you love Excel, and want to play with Tableau or other business analytics programs.
  • Assist with updating HR systems, file and record maintenance, and data input. Tangible projects that will stretch you but are measurable and achievable.
  • Assist with Data conversion, training guide, system promotion materials, and video editing.
  • Assist in with various ESF HR projects such as new employee orientation, induction, our on-boarding programme and policy updating. Our interns are known for having more fun than is almost humanly possible.
  • Managing project reports and spreadsheets, with high-level skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
Requirements
  • Studying in HR, Business Administration or General Management related or relevant subjects in a University Bachelor's Degree programme
  • Good computer skills
  • Good verbal and written English
  • Team player, willing to learn
  • Advanced MS Excel and Google Sheets skills
