We believe in the value of empowering our Distribution Compensation Directors the resources to enhance and achieve our business performance objectives for the future of our business, which is why we need you.Position Responsibilities:Lead the design and execution of renumeration and sales incentives program that drive sales along with the company strategyDesign short term or medium term renumeration incentives programs that address the evolving business needs and support the business strategic objectiveCooperate with operations and cross-functional teams to formulate an optimal solution to implement the ideas and to ensure proper financial reportingConstruct financially sound recruitment package to attract talented field force and incentivize business growthConduct comprehensive reviews of initiatives from financial, risk, operational and effectiveness perspective, obtain approval for the business caseEngage with distribution channels to communicate program details and foster strong working relationshipsSupport health portfolio management on claims analysis, claims cost management, product repricing to maximize new business value and earning sustainabilityRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Accounting/Economics/Actuarial Science/Statistics, with at least 10 years work experience in insurance industry, candidate with actuarial background is preferredStrong analytical skills, proficiency in numbersProficient in MS Office application, in particular MS Excel application for conducting data analyticsSelf-motivated and committed to deliver quality results with open-mind to new ideasCandidate with the less experience may be considered for Senior Manager/Associate DirectorWhen you join our team:We’ll empower you to learn and grow the career you want.We’ll recognize and support you in a flexible environment where well-being and inclusion are more than just words.As part of our global team, we’ll support you in shaping the future you want to see.About Manulife and John HancockManulife Financial Corporation is a leading international financial services provider, helping people make their decisions easier and lives better.
