- Perform check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Perform cashiering functions efficiently
- Achieve high level of guest satisfaction by anticipating guests’ needs and providing prompt response
- Handle guests’ complaints and emergency situation in a professional manner
- Diploma holder or above in Hospitality or Tourism Management or related disciplines is preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in hotel industry or customer services experience
- Passionate about connecting with people and cheerful
- Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills and high level of proficiency in both English and Chinese, other foreign language literacy such as Thai is a plus
