  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Surveying or related disciplines
  • 1-2 years’ working experience, preferably in leasing or property management of logistics or industrial properties
  • Familiar with PC software e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
  • Proven English proficiency
  • Proactive attitude and be a good team player
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in leasing and marketing of logistics properties
  • Handle daily leasing enquiry and all tenancy matters
  • Conduct market research, analyze data and compile various reports
