  • Assisting in the development and implementation of a project management plan that aligns with the project's goals and timeline. Regularly monitoring project progress and supporting adjustments as needed;
  • Identifying challenges and opportunities related to AI-powered open educational tools;
  • Designing and managing the training and workshop programmes for teaching staff and students;
  • Organizing meetings, forums, and events among project participants;
  • Contributing to the preparation of the project reports, including the Progress Reports and the Final Evaluation Report; and
  • Performing any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Candidates
Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence:
  • A recognized degree in Computer Science, Education Technology, Information Technology, or a related field;
  • Experience in identifying and evaluating emerging technologies, particularly AI-empowered educational tools;
  • Experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting in an educational or similar setting;
  • Familiarity with creating training materials, including instructional guides and video tutorials;
  • Good interpersonal skill and team player and able to work independently; and
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
