- University degree preferable in Economy/Financial planning/Investment/Insurance or relevant subjects
- Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance industry, preferable with distribution channels/training and coaching/project management
- Previous experience with agency training and/or event management and/or recruitment is a plus
- Curious, open-minded, self-motived, can-do altitude, fast learner, team player
- Good communication and negotiation skills, fluence in written and oral Chinese (mandarin and Cantonese) is a plus.
- Be a key contributor in MCV team in MCV talent recruitment and development, MCV talent community event/activity management and execution of designated MCV initiatives.
- Responsible to design, develop and deliver sales coaching / development program which is a subset of C.E.O Program.
- To effectively two-way communicate between corporate and distribution channels regarding MCV talents and business development matters.
- Act as the “center of intelligence” and “center of influence” among all relevant functions, as well as distribution channels
