Through the spirit of “Not to be served, but to serve”, we have dedicated to serve all people with diversified and comprehensive social services, in order to achieve the ultimate goals of “Community Building, Community Care, Community Health, Building Community Capital and Community Cohesion”. It wholly owned by Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui Welfare Council Limited since April 2017.Responsibilities:Responsible for C&B operations including payroll administration, MPF, tax reporting, leave administration, work injury compensation, final payment;Conduct data analysis, HR reports & proposals and project management;Implement HR policies and guidelines;Handle data management for the HRMIS migration exercise.Requirements:Degree holder preferably in Human Resources Management or related discipline;Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience preferably at supervisory level;Proficient in MS Excel and handling numerical data with high accuracy;Good knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and employment related regulations;Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English;Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and able to complete tasks with tight deadline.Working hours: 44 hours per weekWe offer competitive salaries and benefits, including: 14-20 days’ annual leave, 14 weeks fully paid maternity leave, fully paid paternity leave, marriage leave, compassionate leave, overtime compensation leave, medical subsidy, life insurance, training subsidies, staff discounts, etc.Please state your present and expected salary.
