The company undertakes a variety of services including energy management solutions, distributed energy as well as power engineering, infrastructure and facilities management in Hong Kong and Chinese Mainland with the focus on the Greater Bay Area (GBA).We are looking for an energetic and innovative engineering professional to join our Contracting Business Department. The appointee will be assigned to work in the Hong Kong International Airport in Chek Lap Kok and responsible for the following major duties:Assist Project Manager to supervise a multi-discipline team and be responsible for interfacing with relevant parties, such as coordinating with other contractors as well as clients' representativesExplore business opportunitiesPrepare business proposals, quotation and contract negotiationPrepare design submissions, method statements, tender proposals, safety & health plans and other submission documents under contract requirementsCoordinate with clients to plan, schedule and set up proper procedures and precautions to meet the technical requirements, and deliver works on planned schedulesLiaise with clients, suppliers and contractors on tendering, contracts administration, variations vetting and payments, as well as claims and disputes negotiation and resolutionEnsure effective project management, including site coordination, site progress monitoring and defect follow-upSupervise and monitor the performance of suppliers and subcontractors to carry out installation works for electrical systemsIdentify and resolve conflicts related to scope, safety, or performance through proactive engagement and documentationMaintain clear and consistent communication with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure transparency and timely updatesManage scope changes and supplemental agreements, ensuring they are documented and approved without impacting budget or timelineImplement and monitor the Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) Systems to meet project and statutory requirementsDemonstrate a strong commitment to CLP's safety culture and ensure all project activities align with the company's Health, Safety, Security, Environment and Quality (HSSEQ) standardsProvide training and development for subordinates, and support company's trainee programsRequire reporting duty in non-office hours to handle emergency calls and site issues when necessaryPerform other ad-hoc duties as assigned (night shift or work on Saturdays are required)Support planning and execution of works within the Three-Runway System (3RS) site boundary, ensuring alignment with airport operational safety and work practicesLiaise with relevant stakeholders to manage access, logistics, and compliance specific to the 3RS siteRequirements:A recognized University Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Building Services Engineering, Facilities Management or relevant engineering disciplinesMinimum of 5 years of working experience in maintenance or installation of Electrical SystemsMinimum of 3 years of experience in airport-related projects and dealing with main contractors for E&M projects in terms of both technical and commercial aspectsFamiliarity with airport systems, BMS, SCADA, MICS in BHS and MEP works is a plusSound knowledge in managing contractors, interfacing with contractors and managing site activities in multi-discipline infrastructure projectsStrong business acumen, customer-oriented and performance drivenGood interpersonal, communication and leadership skillsPossession of Registered Electrical Worker (Grade A or above), Construction Industry Safety Card (Green Card), Construction Workers Registration Card, and confined space training certification is preferableCandidate with a valid driving license 2Candidate with less experience will be considered for lower position
