- Identification, development and implementation of effective sales strategies to generate leads and expand customer base aggressively
- Coach and lead a small team in achieving sales targets and providing training on product knowledge and selling skills
- Handle and monitor the daily sales operation closely
- Prospect new customers, explore ways to reach target customers, conduct face-to-face presentation leading to deals
- Prepare sales forecast, budget and analysis report
- Degree holder with at least 5 years’ sales experience preferably in payment solution industry
- Knowledge of online media and food & beverage industry is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiating, influencing skills and closing skills
- Independent, able to work under pressure, presentable, aggressive, result-driven with a proven sales track record
- Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
