- Achieve booking/revenue targets for IT infrastructure solutions (storage, servers, cloud, big data).
- Identify, develop, and close high-value opportunities with enterprise and service provider accounts.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor landscapes to shape co-operative business plans.
- Define innovative business models and influence product roadmaps based on customer insights.
- Design tailored solutions (configurations, proposals, pricing) aligned with client requirements.
- Lead technical discussions, RFPs, and proof-of-concept engagements.
- Build C-level and technical relationships to drive long-term account growth.
- Recruit and enable channel partners (VARs, MSPs) to expand market reach.
- Orchestrate joint marketing activities with service providers to promote IT solutions.
- Deliver compelling presentations and business proposals.
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- At lead 5+ years in IT infrastructure sales (storage, servers, cloud) within global IT firms
- Proven track record selling to enterprises/service providers and managing complex accounts.
- Deep technical knowledge of data center solutions (e.g., HCI, hybrid cloud, AI/ML infrastructure).
- Ability to translate customer pain points into winning solutions.
- Strong negotiation, collaboration, and partner ecosystem management.
