Job Description
  • Analyze and evaluate existing systems to identify areas for improvement or overhaul for government sector projects.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather and interpret system requirements and specifications.
  • Design and develop scalable, robust web-based applications tailored to the needs of government operations.
  • Lead and manage workflow management system implementations, ensuring the incorporation of key features such as low/no-code development, drag-and-drop interfaces, and user-driven rule customization.
  • Oversee data conversion processes including the validation and verification of data integrity, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
  • Document all phases of system analysis and development, maintaining clear and comprehensive records for future reference and compliance.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and learning-focused environment.
  • Stay abreast of the latest technologies and methodologies in system analysis and workflow management to drive continuous improvement within the department.
Job Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years in IT, with at least 3 years dedicated to system analysis.
  • At least 3 years' experience in developing web-based applications.
  • A strong track record (3+ years) in designing and implementing system projects incorporating workflow management.
  • Experience with zero code/low code workflow design/modelling capabilities.
  • Familiarity with intuitive drag-and-drop interfaces for form/workflow design.
  • Understanding of automated form field validation.
  • Flexibility for end-users to modify business rule values dynamically.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in data conversion, including validation and verification tasks.
  • Government project experience is a must.
