Project Manager / Consultant / Engineer (AV / Workplace)

• Monitor and manage the project schedule for audio-visual solutions.

• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery.

• Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting during the implementation of AV equipment.

• Supervise all system installations to ensure they meet quality standards and project requirements.

• Evaluate subcontractor performance and manage project timelines and budgets.

• Hold a Diploma or University Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in AV system solution projects.

• Demonstrate solid project management experience, including defining project scope, budget, and timelines.

• Have strong technical knowledge of audio-visual systems and infrastructure, such as Cisco Conference, Crestron, and NOS Setup.

• Be proficient in AutoCAD for drawing.

• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong business acumen.

• Lead and manage technology consulting projects for workplace solutions.

• Design and develop comprehensive workplace technology strategies and roadmaps.

• Conduct client workshops and presentations to gather requirements and propose solutions.

• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless implementation of proposed solutions.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in workplace technology.

• Possess 5-10 years of experience in the technology sector.

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including cabling and IoT.

• Have a solid background in AV and PropTech solutions.

• Exhibit experience in service selling and business development.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and internal teams.

• Provide technical support for AV and unified communication systems across various sites.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, preparing detailed reports for ongoing maintenance.

• Execute AV projects while maintaining professional standards and efficiency.

• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure successful project completion.

• Support project managers with documentation, system implementation, and project handover processes.

• Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience, with a preference for candidates with over 2 years in the field.

• Demonstrate a strong interest in AV technology.

• Have experience with the MS Windows platform and MS Office, with knowledge of AutoCAD and Photoshop being ideal.

• Exhibit good communication skills in both English and Chinese.

• Experience with commercial AV audio and control systems and configuration is a plus.

• Prior work in AV system integration is beneficial.
