Responsibilities:Bid for projects of CB/PW & Commercial Business Unit1. Project management responsibility during the complete bid phase.2. Creation of competitive offers and proposal with coordination with different stakeholders globally (Sales, Technical sales, Project Team, Services, Logistics, Order Management, Finance etc.) including cost calculation, taking into account technical and commercial aspects based on relevant internal guidelines and customer requirements.3. Introduction and implementation of all necessary global functions’ proposal procedures and governance.4. Take the lead of Project management, Project calculation, and contract management during bid phase.5. Risk assessment coordination and consolidation during bid phase.6. Initiate bid review and bid approvals.7. Support project opportunities for Indonesia as well as APAC region.Contract1. Define contracting strategy in alignment with Bid Team (deal shaping).2. Perform Contract Statement of Compliance with global/local legal and finance team.3. Offer/Contract preparation/finalization and negotiation with global/local legal and finance team to define commercials terms and conditions.4. Change and claim management.5. Support commercial project management during execution phase.Requirements:1. University degree in Law or Finance preferably. Graduation in Business Administration or related discipline with solid contract negotiation management experience will also be considered.2. At least 3 years’ experience in Bid and Contract management or project management in finance or engineering related sectors.3. Strong inter-personal & communication skills.4. Self-motivated, well-organized, service-oriented, initiative and independent.5. Good analytical mind and business sense.6. Good command in both spoken and written Bahasa (Preferably).7. Business fluent language skills in English.8. International work experience and intercultural competence.9. Proficiency in computer application.10.
