Perform system installation and rollout
Provide technical support including Server administration, network connectivity, system maintenance
Provide IT cloud infrastructure support such as installation, configuration, upgrade of hardware and computer applications
Liaise with vendor/supplier to setup IT cloud infrastructure
Provide assistance to project manager to lead and drive projects
Perform evaluation, installation, configuration, administration and troubleshooting of resources including VM, OS, hardware & software
Support focus on Windows or Linux or Virtualization and ensure System & Data Security smooth
Provide technical support and guidance to end users

The Person

HD or above in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Engineering or related discipline
Preferably with Cloud certification, for example AWS Cloud solutions architect, Azure cloud practitioner etc.
Knowledge of Virtualization technologies (VMware/KVM) / Networking (SDN, switch, router and firewall configuration) / Cloud Security are highly preferred
Hands on experience in Linux, virtualization solution
Proficiency in AWS, Alibaba Cloud, Microsoft Azure and or Huawei Cloud / VMware / Nutanix, is a plus
Knowledge of PaaS, Container, Dockers, Kubernetes, etc.
Process excellent problem solving and communication skills
Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English
Energetic, self-motivated, teamwork, dynamic and able to work under pressure
