- Manage investment and trading activities for global multi-asset allocation FOF portfolios.
- Monitor global macroeconomic trends and asset class performance; conduct manager selection and develop comprehensive multi-asset FOF allocation strategies.
- Participate in roadshows targeting high-net-worth clients, present the firm's financial product offerings, and provide tailored portfolio recommendations based on clients' risk tolerance, return preferences, and asset allocation needs.
- Master's degree or above from a top-tier university (985 universities in China or equivalent overseas institutions), majoring in Finance, Economics, or related fields.
- Must be proficient in both English and Mandarin
- 10-15 years of relevant experience, with a strong background in FOF investment management.
- In-depth understanding of global asset class investment frameworks; familiarity with the characteristics and risk profiles of various financial products; strong insight into financial markets and client investment needs
- Proficient in Bloomberg, Wind, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills; resilient under pressure, adaptable, and capable of working independently
