about the company. ...Our client is the world's leading luxury fashion house covering ready to wear, leather goods and accessories. They have significant presence and footprint across prime locations in Hong Kong. To cope with their expansions and business prospect, they are currently looking for a Assistant Analytics Manager to join and bring in new inspirations. about the team.This is a 1 year renewable contract. You will be reporting to the Head of Marketing and work very closely with retail store team on CRM intiatives and events management. You are expected to be an expert in MS Excel as there will be a lot of data analysis and insights drawing. You will then communicate your findings with the Head of Retail and Head of Marketing on suggested initiatives to increase customer loyalty and improve customer journey within the brand. You will be based in Hong Kong and take lead for the Hong Kong and Macau markets.about the job.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of CRM strategies including understanding the brand's objectives, target audience and customer journey to create effective CRM and client development initiatives
  • Oversee the collection, organization and maintenance of customer data within the CRM system - including but not limited to managing raw data, managing database, ensuring data accuracy, implementing data privacy measures
  • Collaborate with retail store team to plan targeted marketing campaigns and customer development initiatives through customer database segmentation, personalized communications creation, multi-channel campaigns collaboration (eDM, SMS, Whatsapp, Social Media etc)
  • Assist in the management of customer loyalty program, ensuring its effectiveness in driving customer engagement and retention
  • Utilising CRM data and analytics tools to gain insights into customer behaviour, preferences and patterns. Conduct data analysis, generate reports, provide recommendations and insights to improve customer targeting, engagement and conversions
  • Work cross-functionally with retail store, VM, public relations and merchandising team on CRM insights and initiatives
  • Stay informed about industry trends, advancement in CRM technology and emerging customer engagement strategies. Conduct research, market visits, store visits and continuously seeking opportunities to enhance the CRM program
skills & experiences required.
  • Degree holder in Marketing, Information System, Public Relations or any relevant disciplines
  • 3+ years of data analytics experience; open to candidates from agencies background (preferably with FMCG, retail, beauty experience)
  • Numbers sensitive and strong in data analytics
  • Detail minded, independent and self-motivated
  • Proficient in English and Cantonese (Chinese), speaking and written
  • Expert in MS Excel is a must
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
